GigaHouse constructed from GigaPanel is a complete steel framed insulated panelized building system with residential, commercial, and industrial applications. GigaCrete EPS panels utilize our patented structural steel stud connection system. The structure is considered a “STEEL FRAMED” building system with “RIGID INSULATION BETWEEN STUDS” and is signed off by a local registered structural engineer and does not require ICC approvals, it is considered a steel framed building. GigaCrete panels are made from EPS foam in various thicknesses with high R-values from R-30 to R-60. In addition, GigaCrete panels are coated with PlasterMax interior coatings and StuccoMax exterior coatings. GigaPanel is designed for the fastest possible means to build a structure that is capable of high performance far beyond conventional construction. The roof system is engineered for 200 mph winds, the walls are R30 minimum, assembly requires a step ladder and a screw gun with as few as two people. Only a few components are required making assembly simple and fast. Our goal is to house one million people with safe and affordable homes.
StuccoMax is a high performance exterior coating designed for application over ICF (Insulating Concrete Form) construction systems. Based on local building codes and ICF manufacturer requirements, StuccoMax is applied directly over ICF forms, reducing installation times and costs compared to typical multi-coat stuccos. The product offers single day applications as a one coat installation only requiring paint to complete the system. StuccoMax is a preblend ready for mixing with water at the job site and is applied by conventional stucco sprayers or hand trowel.
GigaFloor-IN is an extremely strong and durable interior cementitious floor overlay featuring a one coat application for rapid installations. The product will offer exceptional stamping, staining, and etching options for the professional flooring contractor. GigaFloor-IN is applied with conventional tools and stamps and is a preblend product requiring no additional additives or modifiers.
GigaFloor-SL is an abuse resistant interior self-leveling cementitious floor topping. The product will offer rapid installation in a preblend formula, requiring no additional modifiers or additives. GigaFloor-SL will allow staining and coloring options for professional flooring contractors.
