GigaHouse is a super insulated steel-framed construction system specifically targeting projects where rapid speed of construction and ease of assembly are important. By significantly reducing labor costs and project cycle times, GigaPanel building system allows a high performance sustainable home to be constructed at or below stick built prices! This is a revolutionary step change in the way we build. All walls are super insulated, not just exterior walls; minimum R-30 and R-45 roofs are easily achieved without the extra cost. Our systems allow for R-60 construction where necessary. Building operating costs are reduced and HVAC systems can be sized down, and operating times to heat or cool the structure are shortened.
